I try my hardest to surround myself with positive people and you are one of them. Everyone gets down and it is good to blog it out (or send a ranting e-mail to your hubby). You are in trouble when you start holding it in. Even in your post just now I see you trying to be positive. Sometimes things suck and you have a bad day and it feels like it will never get better. Blogging is one of the best ways I have found to get the negativity out! Just put it out there to the blog world and get it out of my head! It works for me!
I think a lot of things you are talking about is about balance. Watch that season finale you want to see and the tabloids! But also unplug now and then and take the girls for a bike ride (which you do a lot already). Look at things that website makes and make them yourself! Have it be a project for you and Kayla!
I know you didn't ask for advice, but I couldn't help it. Cut yourself some slack! You are still you...I can see it!Annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16949476353146102547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486079960112072140.post-61980708512415301792009-09-09T13:22:47.623-07:002009-09-09T13:22:47.623-07:00Wow, I can totally relate to you! I struggled with anxiety after my second was born and this was something I had never experienced. Bloodwork revealed I have a thyroid problem which was contributing to the anxiety...so dealing with that and lots of yoga has helped a lot. Hang in there and thanks for sharing this!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07611841326783680263noreply@blogger.com
